Who we are

This website is run by GLBAI Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which trades as GLBAI Solutions, at Mahesh Plaza, Warje-Malwadi, Pune 411058, India. For any question about privacy or data, write to Connect@gais.co.in.

What this website collects

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts, images and demonstration films are served from the site itself.

It keeps one setting in your browser, and nothing else: whether you chose the light or the dark theme with the switch in the site header (inside Menu on a phone). That setting stays on your device and is never sent to us.

If you contact us — by email, by phone or through the enquiry form — we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, your email address, the topic and your message, and use it to respond to your enquiry.

When you press Send on the enquiry form, your name, email address, the topic, your message and the page you sent it from are emailed through our web host to our team at hr@gais.co.in. How long the form was open is also sent, as a spam check, and not kept. To stop automated spam, the server notes when each enquiry arrived, filed under a coded version of your IP address rather than the address itself, and removes each note once it is more than an hour old, the next time the form is used.

Like any website, the servers that deliver it may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or erase it, by writing to Connect@gais.co.in. Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force, may give you further rights, including the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India after raising the matter with us.

How our AI products handle your data

Each product states what it reads, what it returns and what it will not do. These describe how the products are designed to work, and they are published with every product on the Solutions page. The ones that matter most for data are these.

Read, not write

AI Reporting reads your data and never changes it. Operations AI reads the store's point-of-sale system through one dedicated, read-only connection and never writes to it.

Within limits you set

Inventory Management writes an order; you place it. AI Automation Testing suggests a fix and never puts one live itself. Dynamic Pricing moves prices on its own, but only between the floor and ceiling you set, and writes down every change. In Operations AI every action starts as a draft a person approves.

Data some products never use

Personalised Ads uses what people did on your own site and never buys data about them from anywhere else. Dynamic Pricing uses nothing about the individual shopper: everyone sees the same price.

Facial Recognition and consent

Facial Recognition matches faces at the door only against the staff you enrol, who must agree to it; customers are not enrolled and are not recognised. It logs who went in and when. The business deploying it is responsible for giving notice and obtaining consent as applicable law requires.

Live and demo data

Operations AI labels a finding LIVE only when it comes from a real query against your data; anything else is labelled DEMO. If the data behind a number is stale, the card says so. Our demonstration films show sample data, not client data.
